Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions aim to define the terms and procedures for using China purchasing agency, OEM/ODM production agency, and logistics agency services (hereinafter "Services") provided by Winner 79 Trading (hereinafter "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
① "Services" refers to all trade agency services provided by the Company, including product sourcing in China, purchasing agency, OEM/ODM production management, quality inspection, and logistics and delivery agency. ② "User" refers to individuals or corporations who use the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms. ③ "Order" refers to the act of requesting the Company to act as an agent for products the user wishes to purchase.
Article 3 (Service Usage)
① Users may use the services according to the procedures established by the Company. ② Users must provide accurate information to use the services, and the Company is not responsible for disadvantages caused by providing false information. ③ The Company provides quotations based on user order requests, and services proceed after the user approves the quotation and completes payment.
Article 4 (Payment and Refunds)
① Users must pay for service usage according to the methods guided by the Company. ② In principle, refunds are not available after product purchase. However, refunds or exchanges are possible through consultation if there are product defects or causes attributable to the Company. ③ Additional costs may occur due to exchange rate fluctuations or international shipping cost changes, which are borne by the user.
Article 5 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following activities. • Registration or provision of false information • Theft of others' information • Acts that interfere with Company service operations • Purchase requests for products that violate laws or public morals • Other illegal or unfair acts
Article 6 (Limitation of Company Liability)
① The Company is not liable if services cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, or government regulations. ② The Company is not responsible for service usage disruptions caused by user's own fault. ③ The Company is not directly responsible for the quality or defects of products provided by manufacturers or sellers. However, the Company conducts quality inspections with utmost effort.
Article 7 (Dispute Resolution)
① In principle, disputes between the Company and users shall be resolved through mutual consultation. ② If consultation is not reached, legal action may be filed with a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with relevant laws.
Article 8 (Miscellaneous)
